"Mezmerising captivity, it is the Equinoxe of attraction, the epitome of a mastered seduction. Its bewitching wake possesses whoever wears it and submits whoever smells it. It does not only glorify the wearer, it completes him. It gives him all the sophistication of which it is the soul holder. To make one with its perfume is to reach the zenith, the "Apogée" of the wake. Un Air d'Apogée is a discovery, an exception, a phenomenon. Its leathery notes and vibrant Mimosa blend elegantly with the various spices and soothing honey. The tobacco absolute adds this undefinable dimension and dances a subtle ballet with the woody notes. A fragrance of novelty, a leather rehabilitation yet never smelled before.

Formerly known as Apogée, the perfume originally appeared in 1932 under the direction of Marc-Aaron Rehns. Apogée was one of the last signatures of the House before its first disappearance. Its most notorious form of bottle was that of an Inkwell with a bakelite stopper. In the various advertisements used at the time, peacock feathers were represented." - a note from the brand.
